Lower social standards and lower economic standards leads to more deaths in pandemic, and epidemic, and with any virus, as they lack money to get right healthcare, and have more myths on health care, and lack of knowledge, as lack of hygiene, which causes more gut damages, and brain damages.

And this cycle causes a longer time low IQ and low literacy and then more viruses and more damages to the gut and brain. And they do not climb out of this, I think. And thus it also is related to low literacy and crime rate, I think.
