Attracted to you
How to know?
- Mainly when they are talking the least about business, non-business talks.
- When they talk about their personnel, personal things, and their relationship status-> single, divorced.
- When you remind them of someone else or an attractive person.
- Laughs at all your jokes.
- Smiling.
- Tries to touch you, or move closer to you.
- Eye contact 3–6 seconds, or longer, and at least longer than normal for them.
Repulsed
There is a baseline, how is that baseline? Do they hate everyone? Always is not personal, not about you.
Physical or moral disgust.
- Continuous distance
- Maintaining the distance, and it can be a lot.
- Looking to get away
- Tension is building
- Excuses to leave
- Stays busy, always occupied
- Or asks are you late for a meeting?
- Rushing you “do you have a question?”
- Failure to engage, not even eye contact, looks away, or says something dismissive, looking at a watch
- Answers skeptical, denying. Example” Do you have children? “ Answers “Is hard to tell”
- Facial expression: closed, or open and with protruding tongue.
- Nausea or vomiting
- More sensitive to bugs, animals, etc. will also more often be repulsed by people.
- Own negative body image, more likely to see others as disgusting
It does not say much who feels repulsed by who, the reasons are important, and who the person is. The behavior can be because the person itself is having a negative baseline or problems, or there are reasons that fit because the person they feel repulsed about has a behavior that they logically feel repulsed about.
Vomit is clearly repulsed. So, if you do something, and the person feels repulsed and vomits, it is very clear they feel repulsed, you could think of why that is.
Certain types we can find in the behaviors.
In attraction
- High sensitive about attraction, “they love me, they blinked”-> Histrionic, Narcs (Grandiose narcissism).
- Low sensitivity about attraction, not knowing it -> Vulnerable narc, low self-esteem.
In being repulsed
- a negative baseline, low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, high neuroticism, vulnerable narc, highly sensitive person, and mood states, and personality traits.
A lack of attraction can be disgust.

Attraction tells us more about motivations. Our brains would be attracted by intriguing, interesting, and engaging people (Medina, N.D.).
O Brien agrees on that, we learn things when we associate, imagine, or use locations to remember things. We also, remember things that are more fun, strange, and outstanding. (O Brien, 2005)
People can know in a second if they are physically attracted to a person. (Fisher, N.D.)
We would be attracted by status, health, emotions, and logic.
